Growing up in a small town, one learns all too quickly that everyone knows everyone else (and
are probably related to each other by blood or by marriage). For young people growing up in
these small towns, there usually is one person who stands out because he or she made a
difference. This section is dedicated to those "hometown heroes" - those people from Oakdale
who made a difference.
